创新性:Scienscope公司的AXC-800(自动X射线检测“元件计数器”)系统是全自动的X射线检测系统,适用于传统卷盘上的元件检测。然而,该系统不仅可以检测标准的7″、13″和15″卷盘,还可以检测JEDEC托盘、ESD存储袋、存储管或以任何形式存储的元件,通过内置于系统的简化算法可应用于所有类型的元件。如果元件不存在,可以添加。

AXC-800是小型的台式X射线系统,带有手持条码阅读器和标签打印机。配置有迈向“智能解决方案,或工业4.0”的各种全自动解决方案,自动条码读取、标签印刷、上板/下板装置等。

Creativity and Innovation: AXI5100c (Automatic X-Ray inspection “Component counter”) systems from Scienscope are fully automated X-Ray inspection systems for the inspection of components on traditional reels. However, this machine goes beyond standard inspection of components in 7” and 15” reels, with the ability to inspect components in ESD storage bags, storage sticks, or just about any form by using simplified algorithms built into the system for all types of components. If your component does not exist, you can add it.

The “c” in 5100c isn’t only for “counting”, it also stands for “counterfeit”. In addition to counting components, a simple software upgrade will give the machine the capability of inspection for counterfeit components.

Finally, the AXI5100c is a fully capable X-Ray machine with oblique viewing capabilities for inspection of BGAs, QFNs, etc. This is accomplished with the capability to have two different imaging detectors built into the machine. Most component counters use a traditional digital Flat Panel Detector (FPD) but the AXI5100c uses a different type of digital detector, which is more accurate and reliable for this type of inspection. However, by adding a traditional Digital Flat Panel Detector (FPD) to the same machine it gives the machine 100% x-ray inspection capability.

Compatibility with existing technology: All Scienscope machines are built to be compatible with existing technology, with the future in mind.

Cost effectiveness: As with all Scienscope X-ray products, the AXI5100c offers the best price-to-performance ratio in the industry. X-ray can find many faults that cannot be found by traditional AOI machines. AOI is able to find wrong components, poor placement, etc., but AOI cannot look under a BGA. By eliminating the very high false failures or false accepts, and continuous rework, hours of production time are gained. By having a “Do all” machine including component counting capability, and counterfeit component inspection, the cost effectiveness of this type of machine goes above and beyond.

Design: The AXI5100c is designed to be sold in many configurations so it can be sold as a very basic component counter, and easily turned into a fully functional X-ray inspection machine onsite with very little down time.

Environmental friendliness: The AXI5100c meets all current environmental and energy saving guidelines.

Expected reliability: Typical life expectancy of the tube is more than 10,000 hours.

Flexibility: Operation could not be any easier with the AXI5100c. When used as a component counter, you simple open the door, place the components inside, and close the door. If it’s an inline version you simply press, “start”. For standard x-ray inspection, there are numerous built-in automated tools that, once setup, do not need to be touched or modified. In addition to the most important automated tools, there are many manual tools for easy manipulation. The s/w is designed with flexibility in mind for easy manual use or 100% automated production. Special projects were kept in mind when designing this machine in order to allow for easy modification to fit the various needs of different industries and inspections.

Expected maintainability/repairability: Designed for minimum maintenance and you can expect at least 2500 hours MTBF. Easy access to machine for simple troubleshooting and repair.

Performance: The AXI5100c was built with performance in mind. Rather than try to use one detector for all types of inspections, we used two so we could achieve the best performance for each type of inspection. The machine is fast and super friendly with easy programming, and in some cases, “NO Programming”.
